TikTok LIVE studio lost all my scenes + ability to dual layout

Hello!
I went live yesterday with all setting being normal, today i opened TikTOk LIVE studio and all my scenes were gone, also i lost the ability to choose to go live with both Portrait and Landscape simultaniously. ANyone else have this issue? what can i do? made new scenes but cant find the dual setting.
Top Comment: Dual layout gone for me too, hopefully they're improving it and will be back soon. Fuck this software. It's only good for the chat box, everything else is woefully underdeveloped
When I stream on TikTok live studio it looks horrible, like it’s just in 30 fps even though it’s set to 60, I have good internet and a good pc so Ik it’s not on my end anyone know how to fix?
